Adyen Behavioral Questions by Theme

The Adyen angle

The questions arrive as an ordinary conversation, but the Formula is what gets marked underneath it. An interviewer rarely asks "tell me about a time you launched fast and iterated." They ask about a project you are proud of, a disagreement you navigated or a time you worked across teams. While you talk, they match your answer against the eight principles. So don't recite a principle when you hear its cue. Know which of your real stories shows which principle, then let the concrete detail of what you built and decided carry the signal. The themes below group the prompts by the principle each one probes. When a question lands, you already know which story turns that way. Announcing a Formula principle by name reads worse than simply showing it.
