There is no HRT rubric to recite, so the round reads your stories through the culture and the four things the loop grades. HRT describes itself as "built by coders, led by coders" and as a "meritocratic, low-politics" place where "kindness and excellence" converge. None of that is a scorecard, and any page that hands you a tidy numbered "HRT values" list has invented it. HRT does publish four evaluation areas for the final loop. They are idiomatic, readable programming; systems-level knowledge across memory, I/O and process management; problem-solving on unfamiliar problems; and the soft skills that make you worth sitting next to. The behavioral signal lives in that last area, and it is read from how you work rather than from anything you name. Know the culture so you can choose which story to bring, then let the story carry it.
