In the recorded format, answer in full even though the room is empty, since the reviewer only has the recording to go on.

The list looks long, but five stories cover it. Five stories will answer almost everything below. Pick a project you owned end to end and a disagreement you talked through to a shared call. Add an honest mistake and the change it produced, cross-team work where you brought others along, and a time you stretched past what you knew. Build those five first, keep each near two minutes, and most of these prompts already have an answer waiting behind them.
