Questions by Value Theme

SoFi's behavioral loop is scored against the company's core values, the set it publishes on its own values page. Eleven of them, from "put our members' interests first" and "run after problems" to "iterate, learn, innovate" and "do the right thing, and if you're not sure, do the harder thing." SoFi says outright that each value is translated into competencies and probed through behavioral questions, so the round is a rubric you can prepare against. This lesson takes the eleven values, groups them into the themes the round reaches for, maps the real reported prompts onto each, and works full answers for the ones that decide it.
